If You Ask Shall You Receive?
Ask For It!
It’s the funniest thing! And it’s true! If you ask for something you just may get it. Here are a few instances where simply asking for what you want has resulted in the desired action from readers or listeners.
Ask and you shall receive
A) I was visiting friend folk on Facebook, commenting on walls as well as updating my own status the other day and someone replied to a message I left on their page. At the end of their comment they recommended-or more pointedly they asked- if perhaps I would like to Become a Fan of their Website’s Facebook Page. And before I knew it I was clicking on their Become a Fan button. They asked and they received!
B) Another instance of this is when I was reading Extreme John’s blog post about how he got 100 Fans in like two weeks or something insane like that, just by asking folks to join him. What the! F! Now he has over 100 fans! He asked and he received!
Ok- ok stay with me for one more citing of asking and receiving
C) Everyday on my drive home from work I listen to the same radio station 94.5 K-Soul and the DJ-Michael Baisden is constantly referring his listeners back to his Baisden Live Facebook Fan page. He selects fans from his page to call and talk to on the phone and includes them in special on air contests. All the while this radio station personality has grown his fan base by the tens of thousands in a matter of a few months, all by just asking his listener to join. Again, he asked and he received!
Here’s what I’m asking
There’s no mystery as to what I’m getting at in this post. I have five lonely fans on my Facebook fan page and would really like to have you join them. I update my status daily and post interesting articles and sites that I encountered during my reading time online.
As my current readers know I utilize my lists; comment list, RSS feed lists and email lists, to create posts like 10 Quick Alexa Reviews for my Blog Buddies and I am not a spammer. I plan to hold a couple of giveaways and contests here in the next few weeks and my Facebook Fan list will be included in the eligible contestants.
So, I am officially asking, please Become A Fan of Freeman Legacy LLC on Facebook?

I’ve was always a firm believer of the ‘ask and thou shall receive’ mantra. I was introduced to it at an early age as my father would consistently ask for discount when making a seizable purchase, at times saving thousands of dollar. Those who never asked always paid top dollar.
Oh, I almost forgot, you now have an Aussie fan

One of the best ways to increase the amount of facebook fans that you have is to run a decent competition where you have to be a fan to win. It gives people an incentive to become you fan and the best thing is that very few people ever “un-fan” you on facebook. I’d try and push out more than links on your facebook page too. Try and create a little bit of unique content for Facebook and then hopefully people will start to pass it on within facebook thus increasing your fan base even more
