5 Reasons My Business Has a Toll Free Number

As a business owner it just makes sense to Get Toll Free Number Service.

Here’s why:

 1. It Increases My Professional Appearance: Having a Toll Free number presents reinforces an appearance of professionalism.  It conveys to your prospective and current clients that you want them to be able to reach you at no charge to them.  The effect is also similar to having an email address that is registered under your domain name rather than a Hotmail or Gmail.  It says you are in business for the long haul; you are in charge and take your actions seriously.

 2. A Toll Free Number Service Keeps Personal Life and Business Separate: The numbers designated for call forwarding can be my cell phone if I am out on the road with a client or to my home phone if I am in office and so on.  The call is announced so I know if it is regarding a business or personal matter prior to actually answering it.  The announcement allows me to open the call with the proper greeting every time.

 3. Stay Connected to Helpers & Assistants: Assign extensions to other members of the office; even if they are across the country.  This allows for scheduled forwarding times to be assigned, so if a helper is only available for a specified time I can set up a block of time in the administrative screen to only forward calls during their open times.  Doing so keeps processes streamlined and organized.

 4. A Toll Free Number Service Saves Money: By not having to purchase a conventional Business Phone Service I am saving money up front.   The service I have is only $9.95 per month and that’s for 100 minutes.  Being a new start up that is more than enough minutes and I can always upgrade as the business grows.

 5. Do Business Without Lifting a Finger: Using a Toll Free Number Service is like having a Virtual Assistant.  I don’t have to sit by the phone, nor do I need to spend money staffing an employee to just answer calls.  I have an Auto-Attendant that does it all- Business Voicemail, Internet Fax; Voice Mail even gets sent to my email address.

Presenting a professional image is paramount to the success of any business.  With the FreedomVOICE Toll Free Number Service I am able to proudly, safely and securely publish my business number, and my personal contact information stays private.  Try FreedomVOICE Toll Free Number Service Risk-Free: No Activation, No Contract, and a Free 15 Day Trial.

I agree that everyone who wants to be serious about their business must have a toll free number. Another interesting fact that my clients are now very accustomed too is also having a skype ID. It is widely used specially for contacts and day to day clients. Toll free has no cost for the customer but there is for the business owner and so VOIP related apps are now starting to play a more important role in telecommunication.
